With a Bachelors in International Business, Ellie brings 20 years of experience in business management, team leadership, accounting and financial analysis across Europe and North America.

Ellie is instrumental in handling monthly distributions for the hundreds of client accounts across the globe.  With her attention to detail and extensive experience she is recognized as one of the premiere Accounting Specialists in property management. 

Danny Esparza has over 28 years of experience in real estate and property
management. After obtaining his real estate license in 1991, he went on to
become a licensed broker in 2010. Danny is proud to join the 7G Property
Management Team focusing on Business Development, Property Management, and
Leasing. He previously worked for Prudential California assisting
developers in multi-million-dollar land acquisitions, and new home sales in
Orange County and Los Angeles County. He spent 7 years at Ponderosa
Property Management, leasing an average of 100 homes per year and signing
over 400 new accounts during his tenure.


Prior to entering real estate, Danny served in the US Army National Guard
for 7 years as a Combat Field Medic. Now he enjoys playing on a USTA
tennis team and performing music with his children, all of whom reside in
Orange County.

Frankie Mejia’s has been a top property manager in Orange County for over 10 years and a veteran of the real estate industry for over 20 years. Frankie has represented clients all over California, Nevada, and New Mexico in a countless number of real estate transactions. Frankie has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.

Frankie has studied Real Estate with Real Estate Trainers and afterwards began work with Infinity Real Estate. Passionate about Real Estate and Property Management Frankie has continued to leverage his know-how and experience and now manages a portfolio of over 200 properties with Lion Properties as well as Seven Gables.

Active in the community, Frankie is a proud part of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and Someone Cares Soup Kitchen of Costa Mesa. “The fortunate needs to help the less fortunate”.

In his free time, Frankie is an avid bike rider, runner, and Kayaker. He completed his First Triathlon in 2019. Spending time on the Newport Beach Peninsula together with his friends and family is never something Frankie takes for granted.
