Using our well established preferred vendors list, we outsource most maintenance repairs to local vendors. Our staff oversee and manage every step of the repair process, leaving no question that the work will be completed in a professional manner.

ACCOUNTING

Our accounting department provides owners with monthly fnancial statements that are confdentially posted to your personalized owner web portal. The monthly fnancial statement will include all activity and copies of the statements that were paid on your behalf. For tax purposes, all monthly reports have year-to-date information. This means, come December, your statement will have all of your annual fgures recorded.

TENANT SCREENING

Before we settle on a prospective tenant, we use a screening process that includes running industry-specific credit reports, verifying employment, income and checking previous rental history. We run credit reports and background checks on all applicants over the age of 18 years old.
